Welcome to Willamette University’s
Employment Opportunities!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: As of September 30, 2017, Willamette University will no longer be using PeopleAdmin (this current site) to post or receive application for employment.  We are happy to announce that we are now using Workday Recruiting as our career website and will be transitioning completely on October 1st.

In order to be considered for new job opportunities please visit new Career site https://willamette.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/willametteuniversityjobs to review job postings, create an applicant account, and to apply for new job opportunities. Your current applicant account and applications will not transfer over to the new site. If you have any questions please contact Human Resources at 503.370.6210 or email us at human-resources@willamette.edu.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Instructions for All Applicants:

Please read the following carefully before beginning the online application process.

To be considered for employment, please complete our online employment application, which will officially put you into our database for the open position(s) of your choice. Your application and all required attachments must be submitted by the deadline stated on the individual job posting. Each Job Posting lists position duties, responsibilities, detailed job requirements, and required documentation that must be submitted in order to be considered.

An application is not complete until:

  • applicant submits all required materials
  • application is certified on the electronic signature page
  • applicant receives a confirmation number

Submitted applications may not be edited for that specific posting; however, applications for subsequent openings can be updated.

Before beginning the online application, assemble the information or documents that are outlined on the job posting of the position to which you are applying. This will reduce the likelihood of lost data and/or being automatically logged out after 60 minutes of inactivity. Documents requested as part of the application process vary significantly by position, but may include:

  • Cover Letter/Letter of Application
  • Curriculum Vitae/Resume
  • Contact information for References
  • Copies of college transcripts, if required
  • Teaching Statement
