The Dean will lead the School at a critical time and develop and execute a strategy to strengthen its competitive position and ensure its long-term academic and financial success.

The Dean will reinforce the School’’s strategy and programs that focus on rigorous academics, experiential and consequential learning, entrepreneurial thinking, and the intersection of for-profit, not-for-profit, and public management. As well, the Dean will use the school’s distinctions and unique location in the Pacific Northwest to cultivate the alumni and donor support necessary for future success.
